Welcome to the Palm Beach Yacht Club & Marina

Celebrating our

103rd Year!

1911 to 2014

Having originally been founded in 1890, the Palm Beach Yacht Club was re-chartered  in 1911.  It is the oldest established business in
West Palm Beach, Florida.
Initially organized for boat racing and
“promoting camaraderie among
yachtsmen on the IntraCoastal
Waterway", the Club has evolved
over the years to become the most
active Private Club in the Palm
area. Our Members continually tell us that  we have the finest Restaurant  in the
entire Palm Beaches!

The Yacht Club is the recipient of the Epicurean International Award, limited to 100 restaurants world-wide.  We were recently honored with the prestigious "Distinguished GOLD Club of the World Award", enjoying the distinction with just 160 other Private Clubs internationally.

In addition to the parties, events and dining, an overwhelming number of our Palm Beach Yacht Club members are generous philanthropists.  It is an opportunity for our Club to partner with Members to raise essential funds for these needy local charities.  It is to our great satisfaction that the Yacht Club can continue that fine tradition year after year, with over $150,000 raised annually for local charitable efforts.

We were exceptionally honored by the renowned Chef Thomas Keller, who visited us in November, 2011, to celebrate the Yacht Club's 100th Year Anniversary.  Son of our General Manager during the 1970's, Elizabeth Keller, Thomas began his culinary career by washing dishes in the Yacht Club kitchen!  But even at an early age - in his teens, he eyed the cook's line and soon convinced his Mom to let him move over to the food side.  The rest is history!  Click on Chef Keller's picture to see some of the events from that day.

The 'MENU BOARD', in the masthead at the top of this page, will lead you to the many areas of the website that you can peruse.  We have attempted to include everything about which you may have a question.  Membership inquiries are to be directed to our Membership Director, Carey Reed.  Her telephone number is (561) 655-8711 and her E-Mail is
